We warmly invite you to the opening of Erasmia Kadinopoulou – »We live in circles«.
Erasmia Kadinopoulou is a visual artist based between Athens, Greece, and Basel, Switzerland.
Working across sculpture, photography, light, and writing, her practice explores fragmentation, memory, and the entanglement of personal experience with historical and political forces. Rooted in autobiographical inquiry, her work examines how childhood and intimate spaces are shaped by broader sociopolitical events, and how objects become carriers of memory and identity. Through poetic constellations of found and constructed objects, Kadinopoulou creates spaces where absence and presence intertwine.
She studied at the Athens School of Fine Arts and is pursuing an MA at the FHNW Academy of Art and Design in Basel.
Her work has been exhibited at ΎΛΗ {matter} HYLE, Athens (2023), Petrine, Paris (2024), Constellations, Wschód Gallery with Petrine, Warsaw (2025), Madame Leniou, Athens (2025), Chris Andrews Gallery, Montreal (2025) and it also part of Jahresgaben Exhibition at Westfälischer Kunstverein, Germany (2025).
The exhibition is accompanied by a publication featuring textual contributions by Camille Gamero-Truong and Sophie Barshall.
Opening: October 30, 2025, 6 PM
